The Lambert Group had a 2,358 sq. ft. retail space next to Title Nine that would soon become vacant, and they didn’t hesitate to turn to Fara Commercial Brokerage again to find a new tenant.

Great Lakes needed a new facility that could accommodate its architectural fabrication, casting and restoration services. And they needed it fast. It was December when they contacted Fara Commercial Brokerage and were looking to be out of their old facility by the end of January.
