The Deal:
Great Lakes needed a new facility that could accommodate its architectural fabrication, casting and restoration services. And they needed it fast. It was December when they contacted Fara Commercial Brokerage and were looking to be out of their old facility by the end of January. Fara took on the challenge and quickly began compiling a survey of potential opportunities in Great Lake’s target area.
Fara put in a lot of leg work in order to find a great location and negotiate a new lease within Great Lake’s deadline. And, their hard work paid off. Great Lakes moved out of their old facility and into their new one without overlapping leases or having to pay two rents.
The project’s timing worked out perfectly: What normally would have taken six months, Fara Commercial Brokerage was able to accomplish in 60 days.
