Five Guys is a national burger chain with sixteen locations statewide. With over 625 stores in 40 states and Canada, Five Guys is one of the fastest growing retail tenants in the country. The new Evanston, IL location is scheduled to open in late 2010.
Lambert Group owns and manages 816 Church Street, a mixed-use building in downtown Evanston, IL. 816 Church Street is located immediately adjacent to the Barnes & Noble, LA Fitness and North Face anchored Sherman Plaza. Five Guys joins neighboring tenants in the building, Title Nine and architectural firm Behles + Behles.
