Evanston, IL, September 1, 2010 – Fara Commercial Brokerage announced today that Tiny Dog Cupcake Bakery has signed a lease with Giordano Investment Partnership LTD for 1,800 square feet at 614 Davis Street in Evanston, IL.
Tiny Dog Cupcake Bakery is a locally owned and operated cupcake bakery, the first in the area. Cupcake stores have been sweeping the nation with stores opening up across the country. The new bakery is scheduled to open in late 2010.
Giordano Investment Partnership LTD owns and manages 614 Davis Street, a boutique mixed-use building built in 1902 and originally called the Simpson Building. 614 Davis Street is located just off Evanston’s Fountain Square and is situated near strong national and local retailers.
